18th Induction
Training Course for newly recruited Assistant Directors of
CWC
A
total of 13 Newly Recruited Assistant Directors of CWC attended
the training programme "Geotechnical Investigations" organized
at CSMRS during 19th January 2004 to 23rd
January 2004 in connection with the 18th Induction
Training Course for the Newly Recruited Assistant Directors
of CWC. A total of about 15 technical lectures were delivered
by 15 officers of CSMRS covering a wide range of subjects
in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, Concrete Technology,
Rock Mechanics and Concrete Chemistry. The trainee officers
were taken to almost all laboratories of CSMRS. In addition,
demonstration of geophysical testing, The list of lectures
